Vullow Referral Programme — Standard Terms & Conditions

1. General

1.1 The Vullow Referral Programme ("the Programme") allows existing customers ("Referrer") to refer new customers ("Referee") to vullow.com in exchange for a reward for both parties.

1.2 Participation in the Programme constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

1.3 Vullow reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Programme at any time.

2. Reward Conditions

2.1 A reward will only be issued once the Referee's order has reached Paid status.

2.2 Shipping costs and applied discounts are excluded from the order value calculation.

2.3 The reward is forfeited in the event of cancellation, return, or chargeback of the relevant order.

3. Referrer Reward

3.1 The Referrer receives a discount code worth €150 once the Referee has completed a qualifying purchase.

3.2 The discount code is valid on any product in the Vullow range.

3.3 The discount code is strictly personal and can only be redeemed by the Referrer themselves.

3.4 The discount code is valid for 3 months from the date of issue.

3.5 The discount code requires a minimum order value of €24 (equivalent to one paint set).

3.6 The discount code is single-use and is not transferable, redeemable for cash, or combinable with other promotions unless otherwise stated.

4. Referee Reward

4.1 The Referee receives a €150 discount on their first purchase via the referral link.

4.2 The discount is exclusively valid on the purchase of a Table Art Projector (main product/device).

4.3 A minimum order value of €1,000 (after deduction of the discount) applies in order to qualify for the reward.

4.4 The discount may not be combined with other discounts or promotions unless otherwise stated.

5. Fraud & Abuse Prevention

5.1 Self-referrals are not permitted. A Referrer may not refer themselves using their own referral link. Orders where the email address, IP address, payment method, or delivery address matches that of the Referrer will be automatically disqualified.

5.2 Only first-time new customers qualify as a Referee. A new customer is defined as a person who has never previously made a purchase on vullow.com and is not registered in the Vullow customer database.

5.3 Only one referral reward can be issued per new customer account.

5.4 Vullow reserves the right to withdraw rewards or disqualify participants in the event of suspected fraud, abuse, or manipulation of the Programme.

5.5 In cases of confirmed abuse, Vullow may suspend or permanently ban the account(s) of the party or parties involved.

6. Miscellaneous

6.1 The Programme cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise.

6.2 Rewards are non-transferable and have no cash value.

6.3 Vullow is not liable for technical failures that prevent the registration of a referral.

6.4 The Programme is governed by Dutch law.
