At Vullow, we strive for customer satisfaction.
To ensure the quality and condition of our products, we apply the following return policy.
2. When can you return an item?
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
Return period
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Requests after this period will not be accepted.
Product condition
Products must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.
Products with signs of use, damage, or alterations will not be accepted.
Proof of purchase
A valid proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation) is mandatory. Without this, we cannot process a return.
3. Non-returnable products
The following products cannot be returned:
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Digital products (such as software, downloads, or subscriptions)
4. How to return an item?
Follow these steps to request a return:
1. Contact us
Email support@vullow.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
Upon approval, you will receive an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization).
2. Return Authorization
Clearly state the RMA number with your return.
Returns without approval or without an RMA number will not be processed and will be returned to you.
3. Packaging
Carefully package the product in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and any extras.
4. Shipping
Send the package to the address we provide.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
We recommend using a shipping method with tracking or insurance, as we are not responsible for loss or damage during transit.
5. Inspection and processing
Upon receipt, we will inspect the product.
Upon approval:

The amount will be refunded within 10 business days via the original payment method.
Please note that your bank may have additional processing time. -
Exchange
Exchanges are possible depending on availability.
If the product is out of stock, you will receive a refund.
6. Defective or incorrect products
Have you received a defective or incorrect product?
Contact us within 3 days of receipt via support@vullow.com.
We will provide a suitable solution, such as replacement or refund, at no extra cost.
7. Changes
We reserve the right to modify this return policy.
The most current version will always be available on our website.
