Vullow Referral Program - Terms and Conditions

1. General

1.1 The Vullow Referral Program ("the Program") allows existing customers ("Referrer") to refer new customers ("Referee") to vullow.com, in exchange for a reward for both parties.

1.2 Participation in the Program means you agree to these terms and conditions.

1.3 Vullow reserves the right to change or terminate the Program at any time.

2. Payout Conditions

2.1 A reward will only be granted when the Referee's order has reached the Paid status.

2.2 Shipping costs and applied discounts are not included in the order value.

2.3 The reward will expire upon cancellation, return, or chargeback of the relevant order.

3. Reward for the Referrer

3.1 The Referrer receives a discount code worth €150 once the Referee has made a valid purchase.

3.2 The discount code is valid on all products within the Vullow assortment.

3.3 The discount code is personal and can only be used by the Referrer themselves.

3.4 The discount code is valid for 3 months from the date of issue.

3.5 A minimum order value of €24 (equivalent to a paint set) applies to use the discount code.

3.6 The discount code is for one-time use, non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be combined with other promotions, unless otherwise stated.

4. Reward for the Referee

4.1 The Referee receives a €150 discount on their first purchase via the referral link.

4.2 This discount is exclusively valid for the purchase of a Table Art Projector (the main product).

4.3 A minimum order value of €1,000 (after discount) applies to be eligible for the reward.

4.4 The discount cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts, unless otherwise stated.

5. Fraud & Misuse

5.1 Self-referrals are not permitted. A Referrer may not refer themselves via their own referral link. Orders where the email address, IP address, payment method, or delivery address match those of the Referrer will be automatically excluded.

5.2 Only new customers are eligible as Referees. A new customer is someone who has never previously made a purchase via vullow.com and is not present in Vullow's customer database.

5.3 Only one referral reward can be granted per new customer account.

5.4 Vullow reserves the right to withdraw rewards or exclude participants in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or manipulation of the Program.

5.5 In the event of established misuse, Vullow may temporarily suspend or permanently block accounts.

6. Other

6.1 The Program cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions, unless explicitly stated.

6.2 Rewards are non-transferable and have no cash value.

6.3 Vullow is not liable for technical failures that prevent the registration of a referral.

6.4 Dutch law applies to the Program.
