Intellectual Property & Use

When Vullow is used to create projections, we have no control over the origin of the images used. As a result, works protected by third-party intellectual property rights may be used.

The use of such works (such as photos, images, paintings, drawings, or logos) is only permitted with prior written consent from the rights holder.

1. User Responsibility

The user guarantees that:

  • he/she is authorized to use the images, photos, paintings, drawings, or logos
  • no third-party rights are infringed

The user fully indemnifies Vullow against any third-party claims related to (intellectual property) rights to works created by the user.

2. Use of Vullow Images

The user may use the royalty-free images pre-loaded in the projector software under the following conditions:

  • The final paintings may not be sold commercially
  • Images may not be reproduced or published separately
  • Only original, self-made paintings are permitted

3. Rights of Vullow

All intellectual property rights relating to the content of this website (such as texts, photos, illustrations, graphic material, videos, names, and logos) belong to Vullow.

These rights are not transferred to users of the website in any way.

4. Use of Website Content

The content of the Vullow website may only be used for private and non-commercial purposes.

It is not permitted to copy, distribute, or commercially use content without prior written permission from Vullow.

5. Technology & Licenses

The intellectual property rights related to Vullow technology (documented in patents) are owned by Imagan B.V.

Vullow holds an exclusive worldwide license for consumer use of this technology in all products sold and rented by Vullow.

The use of unlicensed products or providers outside Vullow is strictly prohibited.
